American Airlines ® Incentive TrAAvel Program
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions confirm the entire understanding between the Incentive Flight Certificate Purchaser (“Purchaser”) and American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) in connection with the sale of the enclosed Incentive Flight Certificate(s). The parties both agreed to the terms below upon payment by Purchaser and acceptance by American of Purchaser’s payment.
1. Term
The Incentive Flight Certificate must be used within one year of the date the certificate was issued or otherwise stated on the Incentive Flight Certificate.
2. Certificates
American has sold to Purchaser Incentive Flight Certificate(s) (“Certificate”) which is to be used on American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection ® at the face value of the certificate and valid for travel on American, American Eagle and/or AmericanConnection ®

Such Certificates are subject to all the terms and conditions listed on the Certificate(s) and below. Purchaser shall be responsible for advising the recipient of the terms and conditions of the Certificate(s). Certificate(s) are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Certificate(s) will be void if altered and where prohibited by applicable law. Certificate(s) are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Certificates are for personal use only and may not be used for business travel. Certificate(s) are not valid until signed by the Program participant to whom the Certificate(s) have been issued.
3. No advertising, marketing or distribution
By purchasing the Certificate(s) you have agreed that you will not market, advertise, issue, sell or otherwise distribute the Certificate(s) over the Internet.
4. Payment
Purchaser will pay all amounts due in full prior to the issuance of any Certificate(s). All sums shall be paid by check or credit card. If applicable, prices include a 7.5% federal excise tax, which will not be refunded or rebated should the federal excise tax be lower at the time of ticketing.
5. Trademark and Domain Ownership
“AMR Corporation” refers to AMR Corporation and its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, general partners, limited partners, predecessors, and assigns. The “American Marks” refers to any trademark, tradename, trade dress, service mark, domain name or other indicia of ownership owned or used by AMR Corporation. No right, property, license, permission or interest of any kind in or to the American Marks is or is intended to be given or transferred to or acquired by Customer. Customer agrees that they shall in no way contest or deny the validity of, or the right or title of AMR Corporation in or to the American Marks, and shall not encourage or assist others directly or indirectly to do so. Customer shall not utilize the American Marks in any manner. Customer shall not use or register any domain name that is identical to or similar to any of the American Marks.
6. Rules Governing Tickets
Certificate(s) must be redeemed at a designated American Airlines ticketing location. Certificate(s) are valid for travel only on American Airlines, American Eagle and AmericanConnection and valid only on tickets issued on American Airlines ticket stock. All tickets issued upon redemption of a Certificate(s) will be subject to American’s Conditions of Carriage, and the rules applicable to the general public for the applicable fare class (including also any charges to Customer for change in travel arrangements that may be applicable to the class or category of fare selected) and American’s liabilities hereunder are limited to such extent. American’s obligation to issue tickets is subject to the availability of seats for the specified class of service. All taxes and fees calculated and assessed at the time of either sale of certificate or redemption of certificate for ticketing (including, without limitation, passenger facility charges or other airport fees, international departure taxes and fees, and federal excise segment taxes) are the responsibility of the passenger. Prepaid tickets may not be issued using Certificate(s). Tickets issued against Certificate(s) may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Tickets issued against Certificate(s) may not be combined with any other type of promotional awards. Qualified AAdvantage members, traveling on tickets issued against Certificate(s) are eligible to earn AAdvantage miles in accordance with terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program.
7. Force Majeure
American shall have no responsibility or liability to Purchaser for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond American’s control, including without limitation, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, acts of God, material shortages, mechanical difficulties, riots, acts of war or other hostilities, governmental regulations or activities, fire, earthquakes or other natural disasters.

The Certificate(s) and their use shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state of Texas without regard to choice of law principles.

of American Airlines, Inc. American Eagle is American's regional airline associate. American reserves the right to cancel or alter any
part of the American Airlines Incentive TrAAvel Program, the AAdvantage program or any AAdvantage award at any time.
